I am too free

Since I'm on holiday and I don't have much to do (I love this life), I'm gonna pretend to be a make up guru like Bubzbeauty, Michelle Phan or even Xiaxue and do a beauty product haul! Hahaha! Lame, but I have the time to be lame now. :9

So I went shopping at Pyramid for beauty products today. Had RM250 to splurge. I wanted to try to be like Qiuqiu and shop for cheap but quality stuff, within a tight budget, but I think I'm too easily influenced by shop keepers and sales people when I shop on my own! It's so uncomfortable when they keep following me around shops and keep recommending me stuff! I feel so bad for them because they probably want the commission and is working to try to get it, so I end up spending, out of pity. Hahaha. But I still benefit from it, since I'll be the one using the products! xD

So anyway, here's whart I got!

First place I went to was Daiso! Every time I go there, I see tons of products that no one dares to try. So I'll be the hero and try it out. Hahahaha.

1) Charcoal Series Peel-off Mask
2) Aloe Vera Bubbling Make Up remover
3) Peach and Strawberry Hand Cream

So far, I've tried the mask and also the hand cream. The mask actually works! And it's not too bad. Seriously worth the RM5 of course. It removed quite a lot of black heads from my nose and T-zone and my skin felt pretty oil free right after peeling off the black mask. Me likey! And it's so cheap!

The hand cream is alright too. I mean, it's just like lotion so I don't know whart the difference is. I only got it cause of the cute packaging and cause it's RM5 each haha! It smells super yummy so I think everyone will like using it.

Products from Elianto! I've never tried Elianto stuff, other than the nail polish which is cheap and quite good. So I'm excited to try these products!

4) Pure Pearl White Essence
5) Organic Olive Curl Defining Lotion and Revitalizing Serum

The sales lady told me that the white essence product makes a good moisturizer, good for whitening the skin and reducing wrinkles and whart not. I was reluctant to get it but when I saw it was made in Korea and it was half price, okay larh why not? From Rm75 to RM37.50. Hahaha. I'll try it out soon, after I finish my Body Shop moisturizer.

The hair products, I'm very very excited about! If you know me, my hair is frizzy and dry. After dying my hair sooo many times (mostly out of impulse), my hair is literally dead and has so many split and breaking ends. Haha! So I'm attempting to restore the health of my hair. The curling lotion is for after I use my curling iron, to give it shape and to give it moisture. The serum is to give my hair back some vitamins after blow drying, and I blow dry every time after I wash my hair, without fail. Haha! Hopefully the results are good. Both of these were RM20+ each.

From Nature Republic, a brand Jan Geuk Suk is an ambassador of. *shakes eyebrows*

6) Aloe Vera Soothing Gel
7) Real Aloe 90 Facial Mist
8) Facial Masks

The friendly sale girls did a good job convincing me to purchase these products. Hahaha! I wasn't planning on getting them at all. But I'm quite happy I got them. The Aloe Vera Soothing Gel makes me grin so sheepishly. I tried it after cleaning my face and after using the charcoal mask and WAHHH! So refreshing! It's really awesome for moisturizing your face! And apparently, you can use it for practically everything; hair, face, skin, itchiness, sun burn, after shaving blah blah. I'm impressed! Haha. Well it's basically aloe vera repackaged and made to look extra pretty so I don't have any doubts at all.

The facial mist is also quite good. It can be used as a toner and a facial spray for moisturizing the face. Both products for RM60 (I'm a sucker for promotions. Goddamn). Not bad larh the price, seeing as the gel and mist will probably last for a very long time.

I can't wait to try the facial masks! Apparently they're very popular, but that's whart they always say to try to sell their product. Haha. I got it only cause the sales girl was really sweet and I would feel bad if I rejected the product after she spent like a good 15 minutes explaining to me about all the products I was about to buy. Hahaha! SEE! So easily persuaded when I'm alone. Adui hahaha! These were 5 for RM20.

I also got a membership for RM10! :D Will get 10% off products the next time I shop from Nature republic HOYEAH.

9) Watsons Invigorating Wet Tissues
10) Garnier Self-heating Sauna Mask

From Watsons! I wanted to try the wipes because Qiuqiu was so fond of it in her Watsons episode of Budget Barbie. Haha! It's really nice to use and it removes make up quite well! Me likey. The mask is just another one to add to the collection of masks that I want to try. I like being in a sauna. It's super good for the skin and since this mask is a "self-heating sauna mask", I thought I would give it a shot. Hehehe. These both together, RM12 methinks.

SO ANYWAY, that's all I suppose. Haha. My attempt at blogging about my "beauty products haul". Okay onot? HAHAHA. Whatever. TIME FOR DINNER.
